Article 50 will mark the start of Brexit negotiations – EU’s Dombrovskis

Valdis Dombrovskis, member of the European Commission, said on Wednesday that the Brexir vote could have negative impact on both the European Union and the UK.

He, however, declined to take any position on the UK before Article 50 has been triggered.
